March 1930 Snowstorm (Midwest)

Alley used as an emergency dumping place for the snow taken from Chicago streets. The snowstorm dumped 19.2" snow at Chicago. Accumulations also included: Detroit: 6.3"; Indianapolis: 2.5"; and, Milwaukee: 6.2"
