Winchester, Virginia. The fast-moving system dumped an area of moderate to heavy snow across a portion of Delaware and southern New Jersey. Accumulations included 2.2" at Cape May, New Jersey; 5.9" at Dover, Delaware; 6.5" at Oceanville, New Jersey; and, 7.5" at Seaville, New Jersey.
