Branchburg, New Jersey. A clipper system brought accumulating snow to the Mid-Atlantic and southern New England areas. A very intense snow band brought heavy snow to parts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey where 10" or more was recorded. Accumulations included: Baltimore: 2.2"; Holland Twp, NJ: 13.0"; Islip: 3.4"; Macungie, PA: 14.8"; New Brunswick, NJ: 11.0"; New York City: 2.0"; Newark: 4.2"; Philadelphia: 2.6"; and, Readington Twp, NJ: 12.0"
